General guidelines and legal information for root server hosting (FiveM)

1. Usage restrictions

Use of the server for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Distribution of copyright-protected content without permission
• Fraud, phishing or other fraudulent activity
• Distribution of malware, viruses or other harmful software
• Use of the server for DDoS attacks or other harmful actions against third parties

2. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for all activity on their server and agrees to comply with applicable laws.

The customer may not use their server for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate the terms of use of FiveM or other third parties.

The customer must ensure that no content is hosted that violates legal provisions.

3. Server suspension and termination

In the event of a breach of these guidelines we reserve the right to suspend or disable the server without prior notice.

In the event of repeated or serious breaches the server may be terminated without notice.

No refund will be made in the event of suspension or termination due to a breach of the rules.

4. Limitation of liability

We accept no liability for data loss, server failures or damage arising from use of the server.

The customer is responsible for regular backups of their data. Our backups are created every 3 hours and stored for 7 days.

We are not liable for damage caused by third parties or by the customer's breach of these guidelines.

5. Data protection and security

The customer must ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and other data protection laws.

Sensitive data may not be stored or processed without appropriate security measures.

6. Changes to the guidelines

We reserve the right to change or extend these guidelines at any time.

Changes take effect upon publication. It is the customer's responsibility to keep informed about current guidelines.
